Job description

Our manufacturing company is looking for an energetic and reliable office clerk to help maintain smooth office operations. You will undertake a variety of activities ranging from welcoming visitors to performing all necessary clerical functions. The ideal candidate must be eager to learn as they take on responsibility for multiple tasks. Responsibilities

• Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
• Issue and input to our accounting software system all checks, invoices, etc.
• Reconcile all credit card and bank transactions
• Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation using Excel, etc.
• Process customer deposits.
• Assist in various personnel/benefits related issues.
• Maintain all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions, calling customers about outstanding payments as necessary.

Skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Able to work in a team environment, helping out wherever needed
• Very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• High school diploma
• Will train

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
