Hudson Animal Hospital is seeking an Office Manager for our growth-oriented practice located in NYC in the Upper West Side of Manhattan! This position is the person that keeps everything running around the office. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who will share the passion for our mission of providing exceptional veterinary medical care to our patients and the excellent service that our clients deserve. We are looking for candidates that will work hard to keep things organized and running smoothly in the office.

In this position, you will find positive experiences, have the opportunity to communicate openly with coworkers and clients, and showcase your ability to go above and beyond for our families and their pets. These tasks might include handling client complaints, staff conflict, staff check-ins, running scorecard numbers, equipment software updating/servicing, inventory and ordering, quality control, communicating with tech support, deposits/change, coordinate lunch and learns, staff anniversaries/birthdays, make sure we maintain Fear Free environment for our patients, writing protocols, staff onboarding/coordination, updating the website, maintain appointment schedules, cost control, manage service contractors, and basic bookkeeping.

We are currently a privately-owned, 3-doctor practice focusing on comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care. We offer clients advanced technology along with personalized treatment and education. We are family-oriented, our team truly cares for one another, and we believe in treating our patients and clients as family too! Our goal is to practice the highest quality medicine with compassion and an emphasis on client education. We are extremely passionate about our profession. The Location: Hudson Animal Hospital is located in the Upper West Side of Manhattan in NYC, a couple of blocks from Central Park! We have incredible cuisine, shopping, museums, and entertainment (Broadway, for one) – cue “The City That Never Sleeps”. The Manhattan area has wonderful public and private schools to choose from and lots of options for transportation.
