Jani-King is looking for an Operations Manager who will provide leadership and direction to our clients and our franchise owners as you navigate them through our implementation process. This role is responsible for the overall client experience, the process and the success of the solution. Your scope includes implementations of new clients, increasing business for existing clients, training, mentoring, and inspecting awhile improving our customer’s experience.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow partnerships with internal and external customers.
• Manage client relationships and execute implementation projects from start to finish.
• Prioritize and manage your territory to provide the optimal customer service experience
• Provide technical leadership, as well as lead or facilitate all communication between clients and franchise owner
• Manage the planning, estimating, tracking, and timelines associated with assigned clients.
• Evaluate and present recommendations to the client
• Establish control measures and ensure adherence Jani-King policies as needed.
• Participate in Franchise training to ensure our franchise owners receive the best education/training, and implementation.
• Develop strategic and operational plans for control, management, and improvement of business processes in alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Responsible for supporting validation/health checks of business processes using internal tools and dashboards.
• Take personal ownership in projects, programs, and continuous improvement efforts and actively promote team efforts throughout the organization.
• Industry experience a plus but not required, will training the right candidate.

Experience

• Minimum of two years business to business account or customer management, internal operations or process improvement, or project management experience required.
• Strong work ethic, with the desire to help our franchise owners succeed.
• Profecient knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Project, Excel, and PowerPoint required.

Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements.

Pay: From $46,000.00 per year
