JOB SUMMARY MUST HAVE

• One to three years customer service, preferable in a medical setting
• One to three years medical claims billing or processing, and/or collections
• Knowledge of medical terminology

Other Skills Required:

· Familiarity with Electronic Mail

· Strong verbal and decision-making skills

· Computer experience/exposure to Windows environment

· Keyboarding of 35-50 words per minute

· Must be able to work independently within assigned guidelines

· Requires ability to work independently with minimal supervision
