Bell Trace Senior Living is now seeking a PSA/Personal Care Assistant. WEEKLY PAY & AMAZING BENEFITS!!!The basic function of the Personal Care Assistant is to provide personalized assistance, companion care and/or escort services to patients. The Personal Care Assistant lends support to individuals in completing their daily living tasks and helps to promote healthy socialization and quality of life. The Personal Care Assistant provides support within the guidelines specified.
EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, CREDENTIALS Professional/Academic Qualifications
1.Must have minimum of a high school education or demonstrate the ability to write adequately in order to complete required forms and reports and be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
2.Must be able to do basic math.
3.Must successfully complete the Personal Care Assistant Test and practical training.
4.Must have some experience and/or applicable training in home health or private duty care, hospital or long-term care, working with the elderly, individuals with developmental difficulties or cognitive impairment.
5.Must have no finding in the applicable state registries concerning abuse, neglect, or the misappropriation of property of a dependent population.
