Job description

A very well-known Manufacture Company in Ontario CA is looking for full-time Production Associates for the Day Shift, Monday through Friday, 6am to 1:30pm with occasional weekends. Production experience preferred but not required. A variety of positions are available with future opportunity for growth.

Must meet all requirements to be considered.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (Minimum Qualifications):

• Team player with positive attitude, help achieve department production goals
• Be safety conscious and motivated to exceed safety goals
• Associate must be able to read and understand shop details
• Read and understand job instructions (JI's)
• Ability to read a basic tape measure
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be able to work overtime as needed
• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED (not required, but a plus!)

Physical Demands/Work Environment:

• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to frequently walk and/or stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to occasionally bend, squat and/or stoop.
• Manual and finger dexterity as required to perform daily job duties.
• Frequently works near or around moving mechanical parts.
• Exposed to a high level of noise in the work environment.
• Exposed to airborne particles.
• Work environment: Wood processing, manufacturing operation.
• Occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions, including variations in temperature
• Pay 16 to 18.00

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
