Job description

Large Residential property management company is seeking part time and full time experienced, organized, reliable, handyman / maintenance technicians for residential rental properties and multi-unit apartment complexes in the Denver Metro area.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- General maintenance experience including plumbing, basic electrical, paint, drywall, and other general interior maintenance skills

- Must have excellent customer service skills and a strong attention to detail

- Be able to receive work orders via email, schedule and keep appointments with clients

- Report maintenance issues to property managers

- Troubleshoot issues

- Exceptional safety skills

- Ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with property managers and other trade vendors

- Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, a clean MVR, and a clean criminal history

- Available for after-hours emergencies

DUTIES:

- Scheduling and completion of resident work orders

- Ensure that all tenant maintenance issues are resolved expertly and efficiently

- Perform minor repair or general maintenance work on residential properties including plumbing, carpentry, light electrical, sprinkler repair, and painting/drywall tasks.

- Must provide your own tools and transportation (truck desired).

Compensation: $30.00-$35.00/hr DOE plus vehicle allowance and tool allowance

Benefits Include: Accrued PTO (vacation/holiday/sick) time, paid travel time between jobs, vehicle and tool allowance

Hours vary, position is estimated at 20-40 hours per week depending on FT or PT
