Job Description Summary
The Leader of the RBA Fulfillment Team, responsible for understanding the material health of all RBA product lines. The RBA Fulfillment Team Leader will highlight risks and opportunities to the business in order to facilitate customer communications and inform the business level financial commitments relative to engine and spare part output. The RBA Fulfillment Team Leader will lead a team of resources responsible for the daily management of the material required to fulfill new make engine and overhaul engine requirements for both internal and external customers.This role is open to remote consideration in OH, KS, MA and NC with occasional travel to Evendale, OH.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
- Engage with supply chain and manufacturing programs to drive critical part delivery and allocation calls
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and Manufacturing Programs to ensure short term execution as well as longer term planning to ensure capacity to meet business need in future quarters
- Manage master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs
- Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs
- Drive the customer forecast and communicate to supply chain on part level requirements
- Work with customers internally and externally to drive sales growth, deliver contribution margin, develop proposals and negotiate with customers for spare parts
- Monitor inventory levels and changes to plan/forecast and recommend modifications to meet OP
- Optimize inventory and process improvements
- Owns and influences budgets and operating plans
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree from an accredited college or institution
- A minimum of 5 years experience in Materials, Sourcing or Supply Chain
