What you will be doing:

• Post receipts to appropriate reports.
• Schedule vendor delivery appointments.
• Assist receiving supervisor in processing and logging of Rejection Notices.
• Make sure that all brokered orders/future orders are released from the "hold for incoming" file.
• May review (depending upon the branch) all returns from customers, processing RGA paperwork.
• Answer inquiries from Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse and Accounts Payable.
• Perform regular inspection duties including unloading material from vendor vehicles, receive material into the company computer program, identify that material matches the order, paints and tags material, stage material and put the material in a proper warehouse location.)
• Knowledge of material and where stock and overstock locations are.

What you need:

• Forklift experience preferred
• Various types of saws
• Basic Computer Skills
• Various measurement tools (tape measure, calipers, micrometer)
• Able to convert both Kilos to Pounds and Millimeters to Inches
