As a member of our Global Talent Acquisition team you’ll play a critical role in screening, hiring and onboarding talent for key roles in the Early Drug Development area. This role can be fully remote in the US or work onsite in one of our key locations.

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition professional that has a passion for building robust candidate and client relationships for hiring employees in key Early Drug Development Scientific and Research positions. This position allows you to apply your creativity and resourcefulness in the way you hire new talent. This is a full cycle recruiting position and focus on hiring for positions in Greenfield Indiana, Madison Wisconsin, Somerset New Jersey as well as other key locations.

What will you be doing?

This is full life cycle recruiting position, as such you will facilitate the recruiting processes including posting, screening and selecting candidates for a wide variety of positions from scientific and research entry level to senior research positions. You will use your expertise to directly source candidates and consistently evaluate current and new sourcing opportunities. You’ll work closely with candidates and hiring managers to negotiate and coordinate job offers and ensure candidates receive a great new hire experience.

You will also be a valued business partner by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with the business to determine recruiting needs and advising on appropriate recruiting strategies. You will be responsible for developing community based relationships as well as expanding our diversity recruitment work.

What we look for?

Highly prefer candidates with 3+ years of direct recruitment experience preferably within a science or research sector.

Proven success in partnering with hiring managers to advise and direct recruiting and sourcing strategies

Ability to work in a “virtual” setting as position may be physically remote from recruiting team members, hiring managers and/or supervisor

A track record for successfully identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional candidates

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong knowledge of scientific and research terminology including areas of pharmacology and drug development preferred but not required

Strong experience using applicant tracking and HRIS systems such as Workday is preferred

BS/BA degree in related field preferred by not required, professional certification such as SPHR, HCRi or AIRS programs preferred but not required
