Talent Acquisition Specialist – Recruiter - Behavioral Health
United Staffing Solutions a leader in the staffing industry is seeking a professional Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter to assist in identifying Direct Support Professionals for our clients. The ideal candidate should enjoy working with the public and have excellent communication skills. We are seeking a motivated individual who is eager to learn and looking for a career, not just a job.
Salary: $40-$45,000 DOE with an excellent benefits package
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm
Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter:
- Ability to read resumes and identify qualified DSP's
- Contact and schedule candidates for interviews, training and orientations
- Understand the sense of urgency and be proactive in sending texts and emails
- Able to work independently
- Use emails, text and phone to connect with applicants
- Responsible for building a pipeline of healthcare professional candidates
Requirements of the Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter:
- Willing to learn and use “TextUS”
- Familiar using Outlook
- Excellent writing skills in order to communicate effectively
- New College Grads welcome
- Associate Degree or above preferred
- 1-year previous recruitment experience, internships count
- Fluent in Haitian Creole is a plus, not a must
