Job Description:

• Source and Recruit Candidates within Specific Industry to Submit to Clients & Build out Talent Network
• Interview & Pre-Qualify Candidates
• Network Among Professionals Working within Industry Specialization
• Fundamental Sales & Marketing Activities
• Research & Maintain Relevance to Industry-Specific Market Trends
• Build Strong Relationships with Candidates

Job Requirements:

• Recruiting and/or Sales Experience is a major plus (not required)
• Strong Communication Skills – both written and verbal
• Goal Oriented, Self-Starter with Competitive Drive and Strong Work Ethics
• Ability to Thrive in Pressure Situations / Problem Solving Skills
• Multi-tasking ability
• Strong Computer Skills – Windows, Word, Contact Management, Outlook, Internet Research Capabilities, Etc.
• Strong Time Management Skills
• Ability to Communicate with all levels of workforce – Hourly thru Senior Management
• Professional Integrity
