Position Definition: Under the general supervision of the HR Director, the Recruiting Coordinator performs a wide variety of support and administrative activities for the recruitment lifecycle of the organization. The incumbent will ensure that department data and record keeping related to recruiting and onboarding is complete and accurate. As part of normal work activities, this position routinely works with highly confidential and sensitive information for which they are responsible for maintaining and protecting.

Essential Functions:

• Manage recruitment and on-boarding processes for NCIRE
• Perform required affiliate onboarding tasks
• Coordinate the smooth transition of newly hired employees into the NCIRE workforce providing an exceptional onboarding experience
• Perform phone screenings and schedule interviews
• Ensures supply of new hire information is update and current online
• Providing support for special projects as necessary for the entire department.
• Scanning, faxing, copying and disseminating documents as need
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• BA/BS degree in Human Resources or related field
• Previous experience working in a Human Resources
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written
• Demonstrated ability to complete multiple tasks, projects and priorities simultaneously to achieve desired goal, highly organized
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise initiative, solve problems and use sound judgment and decision-making skills
• Ability to demonstrate a high level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing needs and priorities
• Ability to integrate and work as a member of a team
• Previous experience researching, developing and reporting various types of information
• Advance Computer literacy with an emphasis on Windows software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
