Liberty Healthcare operates enhanced behavioral support homes which serve people who have developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges.

These homes are located in the community of Ramona, CA.

Day to day work focuses on assisting residents with activities of daily living, facilitating various pro-social activities, monitoring and implementing behavior plans, and helping ensure our homes are safe for both residents and staff.

  (hourly compensation dependent upon credentials coming into the program)

Full-time schedule options are now available across all day, evening, and overnight shifts. Weekend work is required.

You’re a good fit for Liberty Healthcare if you have prior experience serving people who have developmental disabilities, autism and / or behavioral challenges (this experience could professional or family related). Compassion and a strong work ethic are essential.

Registered Behavior Technicians will be given priority consideration. However individuals who do not yet have a RBT but would like pursue this professional credential are encouraged to apply.
