Our Housekeeping team is an essential piece in ensuring that our guests’ experience exceeds their expectations and that they come back to visit us at the Ranch.
We are looking for Rental Maintenance Technicians to join the team that ensures a premier resort destination experience for our guests. The Rental Maintenance Tech (RMT) position is hands-on inspecting, cleaning, and maintenance of rental properties prior to owner/guest check-ins and check out; as well as responding to service needs of Homeowners and guests during their stay. The positions we are currently seeking to fill are full-time Seasonal and part-time seasonal (evening and weekend availability preferred).
Major Responsibilities:
- Check-in/Check-out inspections.
- Meet and assist vendors/contractors.
- Minor maintenance and plumbing repairs.
- Filling out daily worksheets.
- Winterize/de-winterize rental units.
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to follow oral and written directions.
- Must have light carpentry, plumbing, mechanical skills and be adept at fixing and finding solutions to problems.
- One year's previous housekeeping/maintenance experience is preferred.
- Exposed to hazardous chemicals; however, training in proper handling methods is provided.
- The position is physically strenuous and requires lifting of supplies. Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to work in small, confined spaces including attics and under home spaces.
