KidzToPros has been reimagining enrichment programs for elementary and middle school students for over six years. We deliver high-quality, out-of-school learning programs in STEM, arts, and sports working with public and private schools. Our programs provide opportunities for children of every background to learn new skills, develop critical connections, and have fun. From after-school programs, summer camps, and coding bootcamps, KidzToPros has taught over 1,000,000 curriculum hours to more than 35,000 students in more than 400 schools across the U.S.

We are looking for an experienced OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE to join our School Partnership team. KidzToPros is seeking a high-performing, sharp, agile, and energized individual who will grow our presence in schools within a given territory. In this role, you will be responsible for outreach to private schools, public schools, and school districts to build a pipeline of deals, close contracts, and continue to grow KidzToPros programs within your territory.

Requirements

  • Execute outreach initiatives, including email campaigns and cold calling, to public and private schools within the designated region, to generate leads and secure meetings.
  • Proactively build, maintain, and manage a highly productive pipeline.
  • Identify opportunities at schools and school districts. Build relationships with key personnel and decision-makers, including district personnel, principals, and heads of schools to understand enrichment needs, and identify opportunities for KidzToPros.
  • Present KidzToPros enrichment offerings and articulate how KidzToPros addresses expanded learning needs and bring value to school communities.
  • Ability to provide, explain and lead customers and prospects to an understanding of the product value proposition. This includes developing and participating in strategic and tactical business growth discussions with customers.
  • Work with sales operations to generate and deliver contracts.
  • Document all opportunities and activities in KidzToPros CRM and workflow automation system.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for school partnerships, enrichment programs, and enrollment in KidzToPros programs.
  • Collaboration with marketing and operations to provide critical information to ensure the successful execution of programs.
  • Ensure the continued growth and success of KidzToPros programs at all schools within the territory by building lasting relationships with school partners.
  • Other duties as needed.


Requirements and Skills:

  • Ability to generate leads, engage with prospective schools, and close contracts.
  • Excellent communications skills, including the ability to write effective emails and engage professionally across all communication channels (phone, video, written)
  • Excellent presentation skills, ensuring partners easily understand our offerings and how to implement a successful program.
  • Adept at effective time management; you can handle multiple projects and requests at once.
  • Must have a professional attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to adapt and meet changing needs of job demands.
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently, and problem-solve effectively
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Education and/or Education Technology Sales.
  • 4-5 years of sales experience, with an impressive track record of consistently achieving quota.
  • Experience with CRM and email automation tools.
  • You have worked in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
