Job description
The Sales Team is involved in every aspect of the Franklin’s network. Working directly with dispensaries all across the State of Missouri.
The primary duties of the Sales Team include:
- Ensuring the financial success of Franklin’s revenue projections through the selling of Franklin's products (and affiliated brands) to retail and wholesale customers.
- Building high quality relationships with budtenders, dispensary owners and other areas of high value to the company.
- To work with the company’s Director of Manufacturing to ensure the brand is portrayed to the highest company standards.
- To perform additional job duties as assigned.
The Sales Team is compensated by a healthy base salary with a percentage of gross sales for each sales professional.
While Franklin’s has no educational requirements for employment, a successful sales team candidate would possess:
- Experience in professional sales.

Employee compensation & benefits for this position include:
- $45,000 - $80,000 base salary.
- Additional compensation through percentage of sales grown/managed.
