A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SHIFT SUPERVISOR

In this retail management position, you play a vital role in the operations of our company. You supervise the crew as they make sales, work with customers, and keep the store clean. If there is any conflict between our sales associates and our guests, you take over and de-escalate the situation. You make sure that each member of our team takes their breaks at the appropriate times. Always attentive to detail, you manage inventory and make necessary purchases.
