Shipping and Machining
Havco Wood Products, LLC is seeking applicants for entry level material handlers as well as forklift operators and machine operators for our Shipping and Machining Department at our plant in Vonore, TN. These jobs range from Level I to Level IV. We are the largest wood manufacturer of truck flooring in North America. What we are looking for:
Candidates must be a team player and hands-on learner with a positive attitude. You must be adept at problem solving and able to accept helpful feedback.
Hours for Shipping and Machining:
- First – 6:30am – 3:00pm
- Second – 2:30pm – 11:00pm
- Third – 10:00pm – 6:30am
Hours may vary depending on operational needs.
Responsibilities:
- Must put safety first
- Must be able to work consistently at a fast pace
- Willing to work repetitive tasks
- Standing, bending, and stretching throughout shift
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass background, physical and drug screen
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to have strong and consistent attendance record
- Must be able to work all required overtime
- Must possess a strong work ethic and ability to communicate effectively
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be hard working with a willingness to excel
Experience:
Manufacturing experience of at least 1 year is preferred, but not required for entry level positions.

Forklift positions require at least 2 years of forklift experience.
Machine Operators require at least 3 years of machine operator experience.
Experience working in various climates (heat and cold)
