• Greets and welcomes clients in a courteous manner
• Drives clients from the service department to their destination in safe, convenient and comfortable manner
• Drives clients from their point of departure to the service department in a safe, convenient and comfortable manner
• Identifies the service member with whom the client has made an appointment for the client Monitors mileage on the courtesy vehicles
• Ensures proper maintenance on the courtesy vehicles Maintains the courtesy vehicles in a neat and clean condition
• Organizes and implements a schedule for clients' departure or pick-up Communicates with the Cashier
• Monitors traffic reports to expedite transportation for clients
• Knows and understands the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process, and use the program to achieve client satisfaction
• Knows and understands the Park Place Privacy and Information Security Policies, and adhere to the requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least eighteen years of age
• Must have a valid driver’s license and meet company MVR policy requirements
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background and drug test)
