The Role:
- Lead team of 5-10 engineers responsible for product development activities on AMD Client products
- Ensure delivery of SLT program, coverage, characterization to meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain SLT plan, HW specification and documentation
- Manage hiring and training activities
- Deliver product definition based on performance and yield data

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish SLT requirements pre-silicon and drive DV and diag deliveries
- Ensure timely delivery of test diags; verify quality and coverage
- Define and execute characterization and test plans
- Develop SLT programs to support package and qualification activities
- Responsible for ensuring the defined product meets customer (quality) & company (yield, test time, schedule) requirements
- Work closely with Reliability and Foundry interface team to ensure the product meets performance, power and yield
Qualifications:
- Candidates will have a B.S. or M.S. degree plus
- 5-10 years of Product Engineering and/or System level test engineering experience
- 3+ years of management experience
- Strong programming knowledge on any popular language (JAVA, Python etc.)
Preferred Skills:
- Data Analysis and Statistics knowledge
- Experience presenting yield and performance distribution
- Good communication skills and ability to work with geographically distributed teams.
- Experience presenting to Director level management
- Experience with logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, and other lab tools.
- Knowledge of microprocessor architecture
