Job Summary: The Social Media and Graphic Design Coordinator is responsible for creating, coordinating and evaluating digital and print projects to promote organ and tissue donation. Responsibilities of this position include the following areas: marketing, public education, social media, advertising, and events planning.

- Responsible for the creation of internal and external brand and marketing and communication collateral materials that effectively promote HonorBridge’ mission and services
- Coordinates the content, design, editing and production of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, articles, and facts sheets
- Works collaboratively with departments to ensure branding guidelines are met
- Develops PowerPoint, letterhead and other templates that are used by staff
- Manages internal requests submitted to Marketing & Communications Department through request procedure
- Understands basic graphic design terminology, layout and design standards
- Coordinates design and updates of HonorBridge Website
- Analyzes effectiveness of marketing material and prepares status reports on marketing efforts
- Using surveys, receives feedback regarding design, timeliness, effectiveness, etc.
- Edit video content
- Creates, coordinates,and evaluates digital and print projects to promote organ, eye and tissue donation
- Manages HonorBridge’ digital applications.
- Manages content and builds followers and engagement of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and Twitter accounts
- Works with CRC’s to identify potential social media stories.
- Creates infographics to quickly communicate relevant inform
Coordinates the development of public education and advertising programs
- Organizes advertising plan and implementation in various forms of media
- Evaluates effectiveness of advertising campaigns and website
- Responds to public inquiries generated by HonorBridge Website
- Completes administrative duties and other duties as assigned
- Initiates purchase orders (POs) and other forms in a timely manner
- Participates in departmental update calls and meetings
- Submits budget requests to Director of Marketing & Communications annually
- Suggests new ideas, projects, and equipment with cost estimates
Physical Requirements: Sitting, standing, occasional lifting (up to twenty pounds), finger dexterity, eye-hand coordination, and visual acuity
Work Environment: Normal office environment, normal hospital environment, occasional automobile travel within service area
Education: 2-4 years’ experience with an Associates or bachelor’s degree, preferably in design, marketing, social media marketing, communications, English, or comparable field
Licensure, Certification, and/or Registration: Not applicable
Skills and Qualifications: 2 – 4 years increasing social media engagement and followers and designing collateral materials. Word Press and Canva experience a plus. Excellent interpersonal, communications, and customer service skills, Superior attention to detail with strong writing/editing skills, Deadline-oriented and able to coordinate multiple projects with creativity and a strong attention to details, Strong initiative with desktop publishing, and website experience.
