Job description

We are looking for self-motivated, independent individuals aiming for High Commissions with advancement opportunities! No experience is required for this position as we provide in depth training as part of the job.

We provide full training, a positive work environment, and a fantastic product that is in high demand. Qualified candidates need to have high energy, be motivated to earn commission, demonstrate a track record of serving customers, and be able to work on their feet.

• Our average commission earned is approximately $2500 per sale from a generated lead. This is paid out 50% upfront before install and 50% after install (our average install time is 45 days).
• If job requirements are met and still no sale is made, we will then retroactively pay you $35 per hour for the previous 2 weeks of work.

What is Expected of You:

• Outside sales is the primary function of this job position
• Help homeowners save money by presenting solar savings
• Residential canvassing
• Attend team building competitions and activities
• Have reliable transportation and live within driving distance of our Charlotte location (1530 Center Park Drive, Charlotte, 28217)

Pay: $5,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
