Position Summary: Implements and executes marketing communications plans and strategies that align with the business objectives of anumber of service lines. Manages other program areas as assigned. Works collaboratively with executive, clinical anddepartment leadership to implement and report on successful and cost-effective marketing strategies and tactics.Maintains excellent collaborative relationships and communication with physician leaders and service line leaders;demonstrates a high level of reliability, integrity and professionalism, and takes the initiative to learn and understand allaspects of their business as appropriate. Coordinates with Marketing & Public Relations Department, consultants andagencies to determine best practices for all marketing and communications efforts. Participates in the department teammeetings and contributes to department-wide decisions and implementation strategies. Stays up-to-date and offersexpertise on all marketing and communication strategies within the healthcare industry. Embraces the Hospital’s mission,vision and values.
May perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or communications. Minimum 3-5 years marketing or communications experience in a healthcare setting. High degree of responsibility and accountability with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Presentation, report and proposal skills required. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva.

Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual in Spanish.

Salary range; $73,000. - $85,000.00 annually. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
