In this role you are critical in spearheading the success of the Creative Production team as a Senior Digital Production Artist. You are an agile team player and a leader who is able to work collaboratively with Creative Production team members while also partnering with eCommerce and other cross functional teams to help drive site conversion and meet business objectives.

As a Senior Digital Production Artist, you will be charged with file prep and optimization of photography assets for the most complex and high-volume product categories on the Pottery Barn website to deliver high-quality product page shopping experiences. Your deep understanding of eCommerce production will allow you to easily resolve day-to-day challenges and help facilitate process improvements. You are passionate about producing high caliber work that delivers against Pottery Barn’s photography standards down to the smallest detail while also providing inspiration and mentorship to more junior team members.

Skills:

  • Prep, optimize, organize, upload high-volume product assets for complex and highest-volume product categories.
  • Manage asset configuration and page builds within internal content management system.
  • Conduct QA testing on an ongoing basis and for seasonal launches.
  • Monitor product site pages and resolve issues.
  • Help facilitate process improvements.
  • Anticipate workload challenges. Maintain communication with managers to ensure timely file deliveries.
  • Inspire and mentor junior team members.
  • Adapt to changing timelines and deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Outstanding organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Adobe Photoshop. Fluency in Adobe XD and Airtable a big plus.
  • 3+ years of experience working on a production team for an eCommerce brand.

The expected starting pay range for this position is $77,600 -$83,500. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
