The Role

You will be working closely with our client's Partnerships Marketing team, providing support to digital activations. As the ideal candidate you'll be a self-starter who has marketing industry familiarity, the ability to work autonomously, and the skills to produce finished, high-quality marketing assets that are ready for deployment. In this role, you will help plan, implement, run, and optimize marketing campaigns, and use digital channels, such as email, ads, and web, to drive results.

This position suits someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, possesses a working style that can creatively problem-solve and effectively communicate across all teams, as well as with executives.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the execution of business messaging focused website initiatives (features/functionality, content, experiences) for the site based on business needs, data, insights, trends, etc.
  • Facilitate new campaigns through conception and development process to ensure content and audience meets client specs and deadlines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables and lead project execution
  • Define and drive key performance indicators and success metrics
  • Oversee quality control and ensure approvals are obtained on all appropriate phases of a project.
  • Act as key liaison to web development teams and analytics to ensure website requirements are represented and supported and build deep subject matter expertise in web technologies

What You'll Bring

  • 5 years of experience in website management
  • Demonstrated skills in strategic planning and execution for full-scale global website redesign, rebuild, and optimization
  • Deep understanding of the technical aspects of running a website, including analytics, UX, technical and content SEO, domain management, content management system, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, platform tools, localization, and budgeting
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams of designers, UX, developers, and content creators to craft compelling, high-performing B2B web experiences
  • Trusted strategic partner and consensus builder with other teams, helping them translate business requirements into customer-centric web experiences
  • Highly effective collaborator within matrixed organizations; able to inspire teams and vendor partners to drive cross-functional projects through to success with minimal guidance
  • Experience with communicating high-level strategy and technical details across teams, locations, and organizations, including leadership and non-technical audiences

This is a full-time embedded position working 100% with our client. This position is remote until further notice, following COVID-19 recommended SIP guidelines.
