What You’ll Be Doing
- Working a variety of Event Center events including K-Wings Hockey Games, Concerts, Trade Shows and more
- Checking tickets and welcoming guests to the facility
- Directing patrons to seats, ATM, restrooms, offices, and security
- Helping to ensure a safe and sanitized environment for our guests and staff
- Making sure that no outside food or unexplained packages are admitted into facility during an event
- Ensuring no alcohol leaves the facility
- Watching sections and enforcing the no smoking policy
What You Need for this Position
- Excellent customer service skills
- Work evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
- Able to stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours or more
- Able to stoop and bend
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds from time to time
- Able to safely work with potentially dangerous chemicals and equipment
- Able to comply with safety and health code standards
- Able to handle responsibilities that require repetitive motion tasks
