Title: Windows Server Lead

Location: Off-Site

Job Summary:

Rackner is looking for a Windows Server Lead that can help direct technical work on projects and perform a variety of analyses with appropriate documentation and can assist in the development and management of project plans.

Essential Functions:

• Prepares and makes briefings and presentations. Leads team in on-site management of installations
• Works independently and installs, operates, maintains, configures, troubleshoots, and repairs IT systems devices, circuits, cables, components, software, and end-user devices, components, software and connectivity
• Assists in the development and management of project plans
• Review of task performance and work products for correctness, for adherence to design concepts and user requirements, and for progress in accordance with schedules
• Coordinates with the Vendor PM, COTRs, and government user representatives to ensure accurate solutions and user satisfaction on technical matters
• Communicating these solutions in a professional way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Minimum Education and/or Experience:

• Seven (7) years of progressive IT experience.
• Hands-on knowledge and experience in all aspects of Windows Server Administration

Required Certifications:

We will require a copy of your certifications.

• Top Secret Security Clearance (required)
• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority
• DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: (at least one certification is required)

• One or more of: o CySA+ ** o GICSP o GSEC o Security+ CE o CND o CCNA Security o SSCP

Pay: $130,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
