In your role as Associate Manager, Omni Commerce Customer Supply Chain, you will be helping the Customer Supply Chain team and our Omni Commerce sales organization by delivering analytics and insights to drive sales growth, increase profitability and deliver new capabilities. You will be part of a team focused on delivering growth in the Omni commerce channel and you will interact with supply chain, sales, master data, analytics and our customers. If you are looking for a strategic cross-functional role, with focus in the growing Omni commerce space, where your insights and collaboration across multiple functions help move KNA forward, we want to meet you!


This role can be office based or home based. A limited amount of travel to interact and network with team members will be required. There will be ample opportunity for growth within the Customer Supply Chain organization and the projects this role will manage will allow for interaction to multiple people and various functions. HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Analytics Drive Actions – You will generate insights from disparate data sources, in collaboration with both the Manager and Director of Customer Supply Chain, as well as sales to determine actions to drive value and efficiencies into the business
  • Enable and Deliver new capabilities - Help us expand and grow our last mile fulfillment capabilities. Deliver the fundamentals metrics, new capabilities and engage with our 3rd party partners
  • Project Management – Create project plans for process changes and cost savings initiatives
  • Engage and Drive improved partnerships – Help us drive efficient partnerships by engaging with 3rd parties and customers. Bring creative and mutually beneficial opportunities to light to help strengthen and grow our joint business


YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • Bachelor Degree and 2 years’ experience in data analysis and information reporting data
  • Be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, both independently and as part of a team to accomplish goals.
  • Demonstrates problem-solving and analytic skills, effectively synthesizing ideas and conveying complex information to varied stakeholders
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Some understanding/involvement in ecommerce supply chain and/or selling
  • Computer skills, including experience with ERP systems and MS Office. Strong excel skills and understanding
