Clubhouse Manager

Banquet Staff and Houseman

Job Summary

Responsible for all day-to-day banquet and event services. Develop contracts for and oversee all administrative and operational aspects of preparing and selling private parties or club events. Coordinate with all other departments to assure that the members’ and guests’ expectations are exceeded with the highest quality food and service are delivered.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

· Required to stand for long periods and walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch and twist to reach.

· Push, pull or lift, up to 40 pounds

· Continuous repetitive motions.

· Work in hot, humid and noisy environment.

· Required to work an average of 40-50 hours a week, as business levels demand.

Compensation:

We will offer a qualified candidate the following;

-$40,000-45,000 salary, plus sales commission on all banquets and events sold.

- Additionally, Health, Dental and vision insurance as well as paid time off after 90 days of employment.

-Simple IRA with 3% matching.

-Access to club pool, golf course and racquets courts on Mondays.
