Step By Step, Inc. has Part Time and Full Time Behavior Health Technician (BHT) positions immediately available to provide services to children and adolescents in Monroe & Pike Counties .

We have a considerable support system of highly educated staff, as well as ongoing training and resource materials to aid BHTs with implementation of the client's treatment plan.

Pay: Starting at up to $16/hr-$18.50/hr.

Duties & Responsibilities Follow a treatment plan to help a child meet their individualized needs based on their strengths. Once hired, candidates will attend PAID training in our local facility and in the field before providing services to children.
