Daybreak Treatment Center is a leader in behavioral health treatment and rehabilitation services for adults with mental health and substance abuse disorders. This full-time entry level Case Manager position involves: group facilitation, case management, participation in recovery planning, and some transportation.

To be considered for this position, you must have at least one of the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in the Human Services field, or
• Associate's degree AND two (2) years' experience in providing Human Services, or
• Five (5) years' of Human Service experience, or
• Possess a relevant professional credential such as Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Procedure (CPRP), Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor (CADC), Bachelor's degree in rehabilitation or Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Applicants with one (1) year of experience of pre-vocational / supported employment / job coach experience in addition to the qualifications stated above are preferred.
