Human Resources Director

Pay: 120k - 150k

Pridestaff Financial is hiring a Human Resources Director for a large operation located in Fresno, California. The HR Director will report directly to ownership and oversee all functions of human resources department. If you are interested and have the following qualifications - apply today!

Job Duties:

• Analyze existing practices and policies and implement and or change where needed
• Oversee performance reviews with all employees
• Interviewing potential new employees
• Negotiation process and procedures for benefits packages based on market data
• Handles all discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy
• Plans, leads, developes, coordinators policies processes training initiatives and surveys
• COnducts research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from the organizations human resource information system
• Monitors and ensures the organizations compliance with federal, stae, and local employment laws and regulations also including OSHA
• Develops and implements departmental budget
• Facilitates professional development, training, and certification activities for HR team

Qualifications:

• Production / manufacturing experience is REQUIRED.
• Bachelors Degree is required, Master's Degree preferred.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is highly preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years in Human Resources Management
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to adapt to the needs of the orgnaization and employees.

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
