As an E-commerce Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for analyzing sales and improving our product data. You will be targeting multiple marketing audiences across various product categories and using this data to optimize performance and identify areas of opportunity. A pivotal part of the marketing team, we will rely on you to analyze trends in customer purchases, evaluate changes in the online retail market, and be a key player regarding product data. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee product database of dropship and manufactured items: add, update and manipulate product data as necessary to keep things up-to-date and optimize catalog
  • Support in the execution of on-site marketing campaigns and product launches
  • Assist with repricing OptiMA manufactured goods, drop ship goods, and discount schedules to move items with slow churn
  • Work alongside design team to generate product collateral
  • Oversee on-site SEO initiatives via content updates, reporting and analysis
  • Assist with onboarding our new ERP/CMS system over the course of 2023 calendar year, assist with defining and developing our data schema
  • Monitoring and resolving day-to-day product page and account issues
  • Managing all aspects of product merchandising, product attribute, image uploads, and content across all selling websites and channels
  • Providing reports, tracking, and analyzing performance using a variety of data sources, with the ability to deliver insights and action plans for improvement
  • Identify opportunities for increased sales or improved profitability
  • Ability to set up automated pricing rules across marketplaces to maximize net revenue
  • Proactively review all selling channels for upcoming changes
  • Oversee Google Shopping feeds and ancillary product feeds as needed
  • Streamline product listing process for returns, scratch and dents and overstock items
  • Assist in other sales, marketing, and IT issues as needed
  • Possible assistance with Amazon/Etsy customer service issues

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 4+ years’ e-commerce experience with knowledge in most aspects of e-commerce
  • Microsoft Office (very strong Excel skills mandatory)
  • Able to multitask, think analytically, and work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Adobe Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Merchant, etc.
  • Experience with CMS and ERP systems
  • Experience with automated repricing tools, i.e. Amazon Repricer
  • Experience with selling channels: Amazon, eBay, Etsy, etc
  • Collaborative, enthusiastic, and helpful
  • Passion for e-commerce, online marketing, and staying on top of emerging trends
  • Salesforce, Channel Advisor, or similar product channel experience a plus

SALARY IS COMMENSURATE WITH EXPERIENCE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year
