Home Instead is seeking a Home Care Consultant with professional outside sales experience to become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community. Home Instead provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ensure Achievement of Revenue Objectives
• Research, Identify, Pursue & Nurture Professional Relationships with Referral Providers
• Utilize Consultative Sales Process with Potential Clients
• Develop Sales & Marketing Plans
• Maintain Accurate Records
• Report on Sales Results Weekly & Monthly
• Build Database of Qualified Lead from Referrals
• Achieve Inquiry Generation Objectives with Primary Goal of to Increase Overall Market Share
• Target Accounts Include, but Are Not Limited to: Hospitals, Physicians, Home Health Agencies, Assisted Living Facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Hospice, Etc.

Requirements & Experience:

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• Home Care / Healthcare Experience Desired
• Outside Sales Experience Preferred
• Complete a Criminal Background Check, Motor Vehicle Record Check & Drug Screen
• Possess a Valid Driver's License
