Key Responsibilities

• Schedule field manpower and ser production goals before job starts
• Manage all field staff internal and subs
• Manage all on site logistics, material deliveries, sub trades and equipment rentals
• Monitor production on all jobs to ensure budgets are met (or beat) daily
• Ensure all materials are properly specified and ordered for each job per SOW and plans
• Trouble shoot technical issues on site and come up with practical solutions
• Monitor quality through field inspections/customer feedback
• Schedule and complete all field inspections and punch list
• Ensure all clients on site requirements are addressed
• Maintain constant communication with client site contact
• Manage on site safety policy and procedures to ensure safe working environment

Skills, Experience, and Knowledge Required?
Experience

• Minimum 5 years of field supervision experience in the commercial HVAC Industry

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Successful Pre-Employment Drug and Agility tests
• Successful background investigation

Working Conditions | Environment | Special Requirements

• Full time onsite
• Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including, OSHA, State and Federal regulations.
