ABOUT US:

Reliant Property Management manages a diverse set of multifamily assets owned by our affiliated company Reliant Group Management. Currently we operate in 7 Western States and have 140 team members with plans to expand.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office. Their duties include communicating with department heads, relaying important information from upper management, and implementing incentives to enhance office environment. This position is a 100% onsite.

REPORTS TO: Director of Human Resources

CLASSIFICATION: Full-time, Non-Exempt, (M-F 8:30-5pm)

COMPENSATION: $27-$32 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits package.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Facilities: Ensure office infrastructure (desks, computer equipment, appliances, etc.) are organized and well maintained; in addition to ensuring a clean user-friendly environment, ordering supplies and other maintenance as needed throughout office. Set up new employee desks, ensure network needs: this includes systems (phones, computers, monitors, etc.) are ready from the IT Operations team, key card access, stock supplies.

Project Management: assure that all projects around the office are executed in a timely manner, communicate with any vendors as needed to schedule appointments/consultations and manage the project until completion.

Catering: Plan, organize, set-up and complete weekly catering orders (one time a week), ensure kitchen area is clean & stocked including dishwasher, refrigerator, and coffee machines. Prepare weekly supply list needed for purchasing.

Office Culture and Wellness: Engage employees in team-based activities and programs (workouts, social gatherings & events, etc.). Keep up look and feel of office – décor, style and more. Bring a positive attitude to the office every day and be the driving force behind office culture.

Customer Service: Answer, screen, and direct calls by providing appropriate information to internal and external customers. Manage the administrative email for the corporate office as well. Main point of contact for tenants paying rent in person.

Event Management: Drive and organize company events including vendor management for facilities, meals, accommodations, and activities. Make recommendations on venues, menus, and activities. Proactively create team building events on-site and off-site.

Travel Coordination: Take travel requests for team members and book air, hotel, and rental car travel arrangements. Ability to deal with travel emergencies in the event of travel changes and document and submit expense reports for executives.

Additional duties include:

  • Liaison with corporate HR team for exit meetings. Must be able to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality
  • Document retention, manage location files & records
  • Coordinate and execute delivery information for corporate & finance needs
  • Prepare outgoing & receive/sort/deliver incoming mail and provide other general clerical duties as assigned
  • Complete special projects as assigned
  • All other duties as assigned
Requirements:

You Have:

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years’ recent work experience within a business environment
  • Knowledge of basic business concepts
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; willing to learn new technologies

  • Tech Savvy: Ability to troubleshoot and proactively escalate IT issues related to video conferencing, network connectivity, etc.
