Job description

Pridestaff Financial is hiring a Plant Controller for a larger manufacturing operation located in North Fresno, California. The Plant Controller will work directly with the Finance Director on overseeing the production costs, growers' financials, and assisting with all external and internal audits.

Job Duties:

• Providing analysis, management reporting, planning, and accounting support to organization
• Managing an accounting team with exceptional leadership skills
• Overseeing all cost accounting of operations and production
• Track and communicate capital expenditure projects
• Prepare balance sheets and profit and loss statements
• Prepare all audits
• Financial month end close process
• Cost benefit analysis procedures
• Budgeting and forecasting for all departments

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• A minimum of 5 years accounting / financial anaylsis experience within manufacturing, agriculture, or production setting.
• Strong general ledger and auditing experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work within a schedule
• Leadership skills that embody a teamwork mentality

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
