We are seeking a qualified individual to assume the role of Restaurant Manager at the locally owned and operated Ground Round Grill & Bar.
Interested candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Two to three years' experience at a full service restaurant in a front of the house position, such as server, host and/or bartender. Additional background as a supervisor in any of these areas is very beneficial, but not critical.
- The organizational skills to hire, train, schedule, coach and manage a diverse team of individuals in a fast paced, seven day a week work environment.
- A passion for providing outstanding guest service and sharing that passion with your team.
- The energy and leadership to sustain and grow a popular restaurant in a highly competitive industry.
- The desire and expertise to build and maintain a winning team of motivated individuals who are committed to providing great guest service in a team centric environment.
