You will:

  • Present products or services in your industry that solve pain points and enhance solutions
  • Plan detailed presentations that show clients our product info, pricing, and benefits
  • Develop products or program suggestions for prospects/clients and successfully help position them
  • Meet with prospects and/or clients for sales presentations
  • Follow up on solid products to ensure the customer is happy
  • Stay knowledgeable in our industry, research by continuing to read and study new data to help business success
  • Assist Sales in acquiring new customers by winning them over from competitors and discovering new opportunities
  • Be a technical expert and supporting team member

You have:

  • Willingness and ability to travel 10% to 20% of the time, depending on the support needed for sales and account management
  • Creativity to approach sales and build customer relationships in groundbreaking new ways
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Previous experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales
  • Solid experience in working with top brick and mortar brands
  • Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Computer proficiency and the ability to accurately enter data and generate reports
  • Negotiation and social problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a high-stress sales environment and multitask

Rockbot takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location in the U.S. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.

The compensation band for this role is $80K to $160K, plus equity, and benefits for all team members.
