POSITION AVAILABLE
UI/UX Designer (Boston, MA)
UI/UX Designer (Boston, MA)
- Translate customer needs, motivations, and behaviors into concepts and prototypes
- Translates complex data into intuitive interfaces with seamless navigation
- Creates deliverables such as User-journey maps, storyboards, interactive wireframes, competitive analyses, personas, etc.
- Designs end-to-end experiences and interaction models
- Creates and maintains design documentation
- Collaborates with the development team to ensure technical feasibility & to clarify design intentions and iterates and adapts.
WAGE: MUST REMOVE SALARY INFO SCHEDULE: 40 hrs./week
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Masters in Computer Science or closely related or any foreign equivalencies.
- 3 years of experience with industry standard prototyping tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, and InDesign
- 3 years of experience as a user experience designer, product designer, information architect
- 3 years of design research experience including: qualitative research, usability studies, user interviews and ethnographic studies, user personas
- 3 years of experience with creating interactive wireframing for mobile and desktop applications.
- 3 years of experience communicating with and presenting design solutions to business stakeholders and development teams.
- 3 yrs exp with UX and workflow design.
- 3 yrs exp w/ design systems such as Material UI and design frameworks such as Human Centered Design, Design Thinking
