The Sauk Rapids-Rice School District No. 47 is seeking an experienced and innovative master teacher to provide excellent leadership and support to students and staff. Located in Sauk Rapids, MN minutes from downtown St. Cloud and approximately an hour northwest of the Twin Cities, the Sauk Rapids-Rice School District is located in a developing rural area of Sauk Rapids and proves quality programs to more than 4,000 students.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for K-12 high potential services
- Provide enrichment opportunities to students in elementary schools
- Provide instructional support for Sauk Rapids-Rice staff
- Create a positive climate to establish a thriving learning culture
- Work closely with administration to monitor, evaluate and support educators with best practice instructional strategies

Outstanding candidates will be:
- Experienced in providing high potential/enrichment services to students
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong classroom management skills
- Knowledge of best practices, including the use of technology resources for elementary learners
- Experience in creating student-centered learning opportunities that support state standards and support students to become lifelong learners
- Able to work with diverse elementary learners
- Thoughtful and deliberate decision-makers
- Creative problem solvers with extraordinary relationship skills
- Innovative and able to develop, promote and implement quality programs
- Motivating and positive with students, staff and parents/guardians

Required Qualifications:
Valid Minnesota elementary teaching license

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant subject area
- Extensive knowledge of and experience with high potential services
- Experience using technology to augment student learning
- Experience using PBIS to augment student engagement

Contract:
.5 FTE beginning the 2022-2023 school year (maybe combined with other part-time positions for a 1.0 FTE)
