Title Operations Manager
First Title & Escrow is a technology-focused thought leader in the title industry. We are a national title company with headquarters in the Washington, D.C. area and regional locations that serve clients nationwide.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will develop and improve processes and best practices, and be accountable for achieving cost, schedule and productivity metrics by directing the work of the organization’s operations. The position's primary responsibility is ensuring organizational effectiveness with a focus on production efficiency.
Working with the management team, the position also contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices. It is an expectation of the Production Manager to develop and mentor production staff. The Title Operations Manager will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the process to assure the quality, culture and productivity are maximized.
  • Run all of title for all channels including all title products.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication of key issues to all staff.
  • Drive the organization to focus on continuous improvement
  • Planning, directing, and coordination of products in compliance with company goals and objectives.
  • Analyzing delivery and inventory issues and providing solutions.
  • Establishing and controlling conditions of production including quality and to satisfy customer and quality specifications.
  • Organizing and directing workflow for satisfying production requirement in a cost-efficient manner.
  • Developing and motivating the cost-effective alternatives and improvements to production process.
  • Supervising staff
  • Contact building management with issues.
  • Monitor PIPs and initiate weekly team calls
  • Resolve Process related concerns of client
  • Provide COO with Daily Huddle update at 10am and 3pm
  • Create Fannie Mae turn time report every Tuesday.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style
  • A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards, integrity and compliance with all laws and regulations.
